From weddings, engagement parties and cocktail functions to meetings, seminars and training, the team at Club Rivers have your function room needs covered. Our private function rooms have recently been refurbished and are flexible to allow your guests to enjoy an intimate setting.

The larger club function rooms have a contemporary feel with room enough to cater for a wide range of events including wedding functions, even functions, a corporate event or just a private birthday party. Our function rooms offer a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for any occasion.

The club menu alternatives are extensive, offering canapé, a la carte and buffet options as well as morning and afternoon tea packages. Prices start from $10 per person.

Our function team can also arrange; Master of Ceremonies, Hire Cars, Photography, Entertainment, Flowers and Decorations. No matter what your needs we are here to assist.

Oasis & Lily Function Rooms

The Oasis & Lily function rooms are great for a wedding function or corporate event. The rooms are adjoining and can be hired separately or together. Seating is available for up to 60 guests, or 120 guests combined. The room options package includes AV hire, microphone, TV, DVD and white board. DJ services are available or if you want to keep your costs down we have a jukebox for hire!

Sports Lounge

The Sports Lounge is a newly refurbished function room that accommodates up to 350 guests. Not only is this room comfortable and spacious but it offers the latest in audio visual technology. If you are holding a presentation or wedding reception, then this room is ideal for you! The sports lounge function room is also perfect for that Melbourne Cup event. The function room package includes AV hire, microphone, TV, DVD and white board, I-pod point and projector.

Balcony Bar Function Area

The balcony is an appealing NEW function room as the natural lighting compliments the modern decor enhancing the ambience of the venue. It is the perfect room for meetings/seminars yet it can hold up to 100 guests for larger occasions.

All function room hire includes bar staff.

Excellent Customer Service

Club Rivers offers attention to detail- our experienced team will assist you in your event planning as you decide on the type of experience you would like to create for your guests. You may then select the function room or space most suitable, whether this be casual and relaxed or a more formal affair.

Advice can be provided on everything from your run sheet and menu selection to entertainment and themes. Themes are often a fun way of adding a point of difference to your event.

The club has a list of suppliers whom they partner with should you require something outside the square.

Club Menus and Food

All food is prepared in Helen’s gourmet restaurant. Each menu can be tailored to suit your needs and should you have any special requirements or dietary needs these can also be catered for. Your menu selection will ultimately depend on your style of function and your budget.
